Online Identifiers

During the Credit Application Process

To process your initial request for auto leasing or financing, we may require your name, address, telephone number, email address, and other personal details. If you are applying as a business, we may also require your company name, address, federal and state tax ID numbers, type of business, business location, gross annual revenue, and banking information.

Emails and Telephone Calls

We ask for an email address from you when you sign up for our services. We use your email for transactional and promotional purposes. Email messages we send may include code that enables our database to track your interaction with the emails. If you prefer not to receive promotional emails, please refer to the Choice/Opt-Out section below. We may also contact you via telephone or text message solely in connection with RMC's services. 4.3 Service Providers

With service providers under contract who assist with parts of our business operations, including network infrastructure, cloud storage, payment processing, transaction monitoring, security, document repository services, customer support, data analytics, information technology, and marketing. Our contracts demand these service providers to use your information only in relation to the services they provide for us and prohibit them from selling your information.

You may delete your account from RMC under certain conditions by submitting a request. In specific situations, RMC is legally obligated to maintain the information in your account. Under these conditions, RMC will place your account into a deactivated status, opt you out of all communications, and disable your access to the account.

We store your personal information securely for the duration of your RMC account. Typical retention periods include:

• Personal data collected to adhere to legal requirements under financial, consumer protection, and/or commercial lending regulations may be preserved following account termination for the duration mandated by such statutes.
• Contact details used for marketing are maintained indefinitely until you opt out, after which your information will be placed on our suppression list.
• Content you contribute to our sites may be stored post-account deactivation for auditing and fraud prevention objectives.
• Recordings of telephone calls may be kept for a period of up to six years.

Under Vermont law, we will not share information we gather about Vermont residents with external organizations apart from RMC, except: (1) as the law allows; (2) with entities conducting marketing or providing services on our behalf; (3) names, contact details, and information related to transactions and experiences with other financial institutions under joint marketing agreements; or (4) upon receiving explicit approval from the Vermont resident. RMC does not provide services to residents of Nevada and focuses its operations exclusively on the greater tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. However, in accordance with Nevada privacy laws, we are providing this Nevada Privacy Notice.
